Returns and Cancellations
We want you to be satisfied with the artwork, a return request is possible within 14 days. You will receive the full purchase price back; the return shipping is at the customer’s expense and will not be reimbursed. It is important that you pack the artwork the same way you received it (in the original packaging); this is to prevent damage during transport as much as possible. So, make sure you keep all packaging materials until you are sure that you want to keep the painting. However, please note that if you paid for the item via PayPal, PayPal may charge you for returning the amount, and any incurred costs will not be covered by us.
The buyer has the right to cancel the order at any time before shipment and within 14 days after receiving it. Return of goods in proper condition is possible provided that their presentation, consumer properties, and an electronic document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase are preserved. Return of used goods is not possible.
Steps for processing a return:
- Fill out the exchange and return form.
- Pack the order in protective film and a box.
- Send the parcel at your own expense by any courier service or transport company within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Notify us of the shipment status and tracking information on the courier service or transport company's website.
If you wish to return the order more than 14 days after receiving it, we reserve the right to refuse the return and exchange. Returns are processed and approved in our warehouse within 1-4 working days. Once your return is approved, we will transfer the funds to your card or bank account within 1-10 working days. You will need to fill in the full payment details on the return form for the transfer.

Giclée Prints and Rolled Canvas
Delivery within 2-4 working days, priority delivery within 1-3 days. Sizes up to A1 are sent via Royal Mail tracking/signature services. Typically, DOMA.Market Team pack no more than 3 prints in a tube; larger quantities and sizes are shipped in multiple tubes or flat-packed by courier.

Used for all Giclée prints shipped in a tube, this fully tracked service delivers within 2-3 days. All Royal Mail tracked services include GPS delivery confirmation and a Local Collect option at 10,000 Post Offices and 1,200 Customer Service Points, or you can schedule an alternative delivery date or safe place to leave your parcel.
Flat Packing
Prints from A3+ to A2 can be flat-packed at no extra charge. Available worldwide. *This service does not guarantee timely delivery.

DOMA.Market Team minimize packaging costs when the courier delivers within a short radius of the workshop. For longer distances, DOMA.Market Team use additional packaging and boxes for next-day courier delivery. Shipping costs are included in the price of the painting, and no extra charge is applied at checkout. Paintings have a standard outer size of 45x45 cm/17.72x17.72 inches; for larger sizes, please contact DOMA.Market Team for shipping cost details. Our state-of-the-art large-format printers achieve resolutions of up to 2400 dpi, utilizing a 12-colour pigment ink system. This technology ensures smooth gradations, rich blacks, and an extensive colour gamut, covering up to 99% of the Pantone spectrum.
We use top-tier materials from sustainable sources for our frames. You can select either dense solid wood or aluminium moulding, crafted by framers praised by the Fine Art Guild. These frames come with natural, painted, or stained finishes. Each print is safeguarded with sealed brown taped backs and either crystal-clear acrylic or glass glazing.
We offer a variety of acid-free papers and conservation-standard mounts and borders, including real photo mounts or white, black, or coloured borders that serve as pseudo-mounts for your photos and frames.
For larger frames, we use a thicker 3mm acrylic glazing for enhanced durability and flatness. These frames are dry-mounted, a process where the artwork is bonded to a mounting board with a dry tissue adhesive activated by a heat press. This professional method is included in the price of our larger framed prints.
