Returns and Cancellations

We want you to be satisfied with the artwork, a return request is possible within 14 days. You will receive the full purchase price back; the return shipping is at the customer’s expense and will not be reimbursed. It is important that you pack the artwork the same way you received it (in the original packaging); this is to prevent damage during transport as much as possible. So, make sure you keep all packaging materials until you are sure that you want to keep the painting. However, please note that if you paid for the item via PayPal, PayPal may charge you for returning the amount, and any incurred costs will not be covered by us.

The buyer has the right to cancel the order at any time before shipment and within 14 days after receiving it. Return of goods in proper condition is possible provided that their presentation, consumer properties, and an electronic document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase are preserved. Return of used goods is not possible.

Steps for processing a return:

  1. Fill out the exchange and return form.
  2. Pack the order in protective film and a box.
  3. Send the parcel at your own expense by any courier service or transport company within 14 days of receiving the order.
  4. Notify us of the shipment status and tracking information on the courier service or transport company's website.

If you wish to return the order more than 14 days after receiving it, we reserve the right to refuse the return and exchange. Returns are processed and approved in our warehouse within 1-4 working days. Once your return is approved, we will transfer the funds to your card or bank account within 1-10 working days. You will need to fill in the full payment details on the return form for the transfer.

Please note that the refund is dependent on your bank's processing speed and may take up to 30 working days. We guarantee a 100% refund within 10 working days to your bank account (debit card account or PayPal account).
